Pretty surprising app. I like challenging myself with my patience and keeping track of my moods with this moonlight app! I'd give it a 4-star rating ⭐️. It is nice to upgrade the check in AI chats though. Overall this does remind me to control my emotions. Especially dealing with anger issues. This app is a bit helpful.

I use this app almost every day. It's very simple, aesthetically pleasing, and if you purchase Plus (for super cheap!) you get access to a couple very helpful features. I love that there is a large variety of Emotions to choose from, and that you're not limited to only emotions that match the mood you initially selected. I also love that you can write your own triggers, and the app remembers them. ALSO, the Moonlight Assistant is surprisingly helpful; I recommend using it at least once.

Nice layout but the app is regularly a day behind, and you can't change it to the correct day. In the past I have accidentally recorded current moods as yesterday's mood which leads to confusion when I try to assess my entries. You have to wait almost all day for the day to change in app, so you can record your mood for the right day. If they fix this glitch it would be a better app.

It would be a better app if I could pick my triggers more than one time per day. Once you use one, you can't use it again until the next day. The app removes it from the options. That's a big minus for me because my triggers aren't always different things. In fact most of the time it's the same person/thing, but I'm not able to log it as such. Therefore, that renders the whole point of the app useless not to mention the stats. We would all be in bad shape if everything triggered us every day.

Hello, I'd like to request a refund. The concept of tracking mood is great, but the design doesn't effectively support the objective: for one, the # of emotions to select from are very limited (there is a broad range of emotions, exploring and recognizing the nuances is what I'd like the app to help me with and build more awareness). The app doesn't allow me to add a simple emotion like "hopeful". I want to tack my emotions but this app doesn't serve my objective.
