I really love this app I can update about my day and what I Love the most is I can VOICE JOURNAL that's so cool I mean somedays I'm lazy to type and then damn I can just record which makes my journal cuter! I wish that voice journal would never go and yeah I'm using this app free not any paid subscriptions it's still 10/10 for me! And there are some ads, but it's usually shorter it's okay bcz it doesn't get on my nerve, but I do really love this app been using this for 2 years now!

Mood press always helps me regulate my emotions for self-regulation on emotions, and it's one of my favorite mood diary track apps just like Daylio, but in a little bit of a different way, anyway.

I use this app to track my mood swings for therapy so this app really helps and since you can customize some emotions I use that to track if my nervous system is either in dorsal vagel or sympathetic or ventral vagel.

yeah not going to lie looks like a.I wrote this app. Sticking everything under a pay wall not going to win you credit in my book. Looks good but not impressive for $12.99 a month let alone $29.99 on your %50 discount.

Love(d) this app, but why am I now having AI being thrown at me? "AI stress tracker" when you could just sync the data from health connect and co? Why are we destroying the environment for features that already exist for many users? Debating uninstalling. Tired of AI being shoved into apps, especially when it's proven AI is dangerously misinformed with health content, and poses many risks to users.
