Cannot use the sophia feature and tech support is not user-friendly. Also the way the app is set up, messaging tech support is impossible with text box at bottom.

The deposit/withdrawal button doesn't work it just closes the app, so any money you want to withdraw you are unable to, I javelin cleared the cache and the data and deleted and reinstalled the app
