This app not only accurately tracks recovery and training, the lessons it provides and training guidance to improve conditioning are phenomenal. This app is really a conditioning guide, and when I follow it my conditioning improves measurably. The recovery score and training feedback I receive from morpheus is more accurate/valuable than my fitness watch. I have gained many insights from using this app. Customer service is fantastic. Thank you for the great product/content. Highly recommended.

I've been using Morpheus since it's been on the market. I've always been someone who watches how I feel and not smash every training session. Morpheus has allowed me to fine tune what I've been doing over the past 20 years. I would not waste money on other expensive HRV watches / arm bands or rings. I would strongly recommend Morpheus and the Team is Amazing.

Two complaints 1) The associated heart rate monitor beeps loudly for no apparent reason. Sitting on a table? Time to beep 2) I asked their tech support, "How am I supposed to interpret HRV/recovery?", and the response was (verbatim) "There’s no way that Morpheus can interpret that for any user. You just have to know and interpret HRV and know what to do with the data." What's the point of basing the whole system around an interpretable number?

Whenever I try to connect to the HRM I receive an error. "An Error occurred while scanning for devices" All permissions have been granted. Give us a connection to Polar as well as Garmin. Many of us do not use Garmin.

Incredibly buggy. I've been using the app for ~8 months, and it doesn't get better. Find something else. I read a response from the Morpheus team saying "Make sure to end the workout when you're done training, and you should not run into these issues." I CANNOT END THE WORKOUT WHEN THE APP KEEPS CRASHING WHEN IT TRIES TO RESUME. How about you FIX THE BUG??? This response is peak "you're holding it wrong."
