I've been using Morpheus since it's been on the market. I've always been someone who watches how I feel and not smash every training session. Morpheus has allowed me to fine tune what I've been doing over the past 20 years. I would not waste money on other expensive HRV watches / arm bands or rings. I would strongly recommend Morpheus and the Team is Amazing.

This app not only accurately tracks recovery and training, the lessons it provides and training guidance to improve conditioning are phenomenal. This app is really a conditioning guide, and when I follow it my conditioning improves measurably. The recovery score and training feedback I receive from morpheus is more accurate/valuable than my fitness watch. I have gained many insights from using this app. Customer service is fantastic. Thank you for the great product/content. Highly recommended.

Incredibly buggy. I've been using the app for ~8 months, and it doesn't get better. Find something else. I read a response from the Morpheus team saying "Make sure to end the workout when you're done training, and you should not run into these issues." I CANNOT END THE WORKOUT WHEN THE APP KEEPS CRASHING WHEN IT TRIES TO RESUME. How about you FIX THE BUG??? This response is peak "you're holding it wrong."

Expensive, poor quality ill-fitting strap. Was told to go buy a Garmin or Polar strap to use the device.

Useless app. Does not work with Polar H10. Better off using Elite HRV that doesn't need its own proprietary chest strap. The polar H10 can also be connected to the Polar app which is connected to strata. This app is useless and unintuitive, there are physiologically 5 training zones but here for whatever reason there are 3. Anyway luckily never had a reason to use because it never even worked

The M3 heart rate monitor refuses to connect to the app, but will be reserved for Morpheus and therefore unable to connect to a third party app, like is advertised. So the worst of both worlds. I really want to like your product guys. I've spoken with a higher up who basically said it can't be their product or app. Please sort it out. 130 dollars is a lot to pay for a useless strap
