Been great except it never tells me when items are out of stock. So I fill up my basket & set a date then tells me 5 of 10 items in a deal are out of stock. So I remove them and go to the deal and the "out of stock" items are. Still there, available to add to basket. It's just misleading & can easily get my tired fried brain in a loop lol

Tried to register, but the app asks for my email then sends a code to my phone and when I go to messages and get the code, I find the app has reverted to the 'login or register page, despite me leaving the tab open. Does this every time, making it impossible to register. Can't help thinking you'd get on better if, instead of operating a two tier customer system, you just sold stuff to everyone at the same honest price. Back in the 90s I used to enjoy supermarkets, but now I'm furious every time.

The points won't convert to fivers. The confirmation icon does not work. I have lost £25 as it timed out. Why make it so complicated? Make it simple like Nectar.

Absolute rubbish. The app keeps locking me out, and the rewards are virtually non-existent now. I used to get rewards of £5 every month, but now I'm lucky if it is every other month and the points bonuses are not on products I ever buy. Then top it off there are no discounts like there used to be. Stick to Tesco club card or Lidl plus!
