I'm unable to go to the supermarket so this for me is a real deal, I love shopping with Morrison's I find they're cheaper than Asda, I buy mostly Savers, and I'm OK with that as it stretched my budget. I've only had one issue but everything else I buy is great. I do like it when they send you an alternative item, yes I find it annoying when what I needed isn't in stock, but you can choose another option. I'm happy with them delivery drivers are fantastic very helpful and always polite. Brilliant.

Until recently the App was working perfectly well. Now, neither my account nor much more importantly, my housebound mother's app have stopped working. Change password requests have failed to arrive. Uninstalling and reloading the app and using previous and newly registered accounts fail with an error message. My mother is no longer able to place any home deliveries. Morrison's Help Hub is not available and says it has no issues.

Am close to closing my Morrison's account. 18th & 29th December Christmas orders cancelled by Morrison's. Apparently my bank detected potentially fraudulent activity due to their overnight "pre-payment authorization" and then promptly blocked my card. On both occasions. And, if the order does actually go through, when the items do turn up they're usually short-dated and unusable anyway. Contact options in the app are similarly useless. Not good Morrison's. Not good at all!

Terrible ordered my Christmas shop, everything I needed for the big day. Only to be emailed to say that both deserts I had ordered were not available. No substitutes offered when they know it is for Christmas day, so 10 Christmas guests left without deserts. So mad as I've planned it so carefully for ages. don't relie on Morrison.

Don't use Morrison's Now! High chance of you not receiving your delivery. Neither the app nor Morrison's have a stringent validation process for ensuring that orders are successfully delivered by the third party. Had to wait on call for 15 minutes just for them to say that they'll "review" the refund request, meaning that they might take the word of the driver and not refund all amounts. Should have stuck with Deliveroo, even with the product markup tbh...at least it's better with refunds.
