The app is very slow and freezes often when doing a big order. The search option is painful, having to click in and clear your last search every time. I use it weekly for my groceries, but there's definitely some improvements needed.

The app is extremely slow when performing all functions from searching, adding items to trolley and checking out is the slowest part. Multiple times during the checkout process the Web page isn't redirected, and it doesn't go through. With the time it takes to do the online shop you would be in, shopped, paid and home again. It's a pity because the products in SuperValu are superior but at this rate I'll have to switch to Tesco. The Tesco app is far superior.
