Easy to create a favorite list and usually easy to find a next day delivery slot, obviously the food/ goods are of excellent quality 👌

Generally the app is good. I have a couple of issues; my home store doesn't sell one product that I need and buy in bulk, the smaller store in the next town does sell it. I cannot get the product delivered as a result. I can't even see that the product is in stock or any offers unless I choose collection and change store. Shop and Scan is now in this app, the shopping list has vanished sadly and the store internet is still very patchy, works in some areas, frustrating! Also empty shelves!

Generally good but t doesn't recognize all searches for food which is frustrating when I xan get it in store and in addition I had to go online to link my nectar card which wasn't clear on the Sainsbury's app on what to do.

Always brilliant food, and Stamford have good quality, great prices best plant butter out there! Many great products have tried so many other supermarkets, but you can't beat Sainsbury.

Previously I didn't have a problem in getting Nectar points added from my in store shop, when using the Smart shop app, or a scanner opened through my Nectar account, but adding points earned doesn't work when using the Smart shop button in the latest update of the Sainsbury's app. Frankly the Sainsbury's app is too busy, and it's too difficult to get to relevant information. Where is the ability to add a manual shopping list? I'm very tempted to go back to shopping with a paper list and scanner.

I downloaded this as they're stopping the smart shop app. It's not as easy to use, and today whilst shopping it kept popping up with the update message as I was scanning. Just checked my receipt and I've scanned a couple of things multiple times because of the message flagging up. On the old system the camera went off after you scanned an item, this app leaves it on which looks a little odd walking round the supermarket with the camera permanently on!! If it doesn't improve it'll be deleted.

App was OK, but it seems Sainsbury's is decommissioning the Smart Shop app and moving everything over to this one. The problem is, you can't smart shop in store and view a shopping list at the same time. Makes the shopping list a bit pointless!
