It's time saving and easy to use. The only negative point is that the app. Is sometimes slow. But I would rather wait a few minutes than filling up a form.

Hello. I have just downloaded the app and every time I click on Claims or any other tabs, the app is crashing.

Keeps crashing and cannot upload images from camera in "snap and send mode" (says too many images when uploading 3 images). I've retried over 20 times without any success. Worst app I've ever used, no question.

Good to see claims, but it gets seriously frustrating when it doesn't upload any photos for claims... It just keeps on loading... For about 15 min I waited, still nothing. Very disappointing! Is there any fix?
