Description
Mot facilitates the payment of regulated surface parking spaces with time limitations in participating municipalities through a single mobile application. There is no longer any need to look for the nearest parking meter to make the payment, because through the Mot app you can easily manage it. In addition, Mot offers other utilities related to urban mobility such as recharging electric vehicles or paying for parking in public parking lots in those municipalities that have this service. The application was born under the name Aparcar in 2016 in Reus. Currently, the Tarragona Provincial Council manages the Mot application through the autonomous body BASE-Gestió d'Ingressos.

Careful - charged for someone else's parking. Downloaded the app for a holiday rental car. After returning home I was charged a month later for the same car. Obviously the next renter had parked, and they just charged me without anyone logging in to the app! Only by removing all info from the app before uninstalling can you avoid charges for other's parking. Keeping password secure isn't enough. Even after sending documents which proved I wasn't the driver on that date they refused a refund.

Wanted to charge my car. Installed tha app, register, click an email to confirm my email address, never worked. Anyway, enter my visa card, validate a zero expense. Try to charge my car, the app says starting but nothing. Tried a couple of times to charge, nop the handshake between charger and car does not work. Uninstall that app, useless

The app cannot handle cards properly. First it says the card is verified and then does nothing with it. The parking ends, there's no way to pay the bill, and I cannot start the next parking because the app says I have debt. The UX is terrible.
