Every time I want to make a verification call for the final step of opening my account, it always fails. The call center is always busy busy busy and busy. I tried setting a schedule but when the specified time arrived, there was no incoming call. Just stuck on that step. Uninstalling it now. Don't want to open a motion account anymore. S u c k s

Tried opening a bank account and can't even reach the customer service for the last step video call. I called customer service and WhatsApp them too, but they're barely any help since they just told me to wait and wait again saying that their agent will call me if I just wait patiently for the waiting list. It's been 5 days and still no response... The other steps are easy enough, it's just the Video call that sucks.
