Currently, the best tool to set video as wallpaper. Works well. No annoyances. No ads. No pay to unlock features. I bought the devs a coffee (small donation) to support them. Support good developers. Cheers!

Does exactly what it says and with a modern UI. Just needs better tablet support. Switching between orientations is buggy.

Motion Wall allows you to slap your own saved videos onto your device, both on the home screen and the lock screen. Instead of static images, your device now shows moving images in the background at all times. Works w/ longer videos. A family holiday video, 👌; or that sweet short clip of the Avengers, or Santana with his famous punch, done. App & videos run smoothly, all the time, even on a mid-range/budget phone. Great dev 👍, listens to feedback. Must-have app, highly recommended.
