I'm 63 yrs old and just taught myself to ride a bike. I fell twice but no hips were broken, so I'm happy as a clam! Bike and station were bothe nice, clean and in good condition. I did have to have help to unlock the bike.

DOESN'T WORK!!! Same locker availability BUT cannot reserve locker, tells me to contact support. Successfully added payment, but still no payment available. Now I have given them all my card information, 4 times, but still has not saved to app. NOW I can't click on location anymore, app forecloses. Log in, app forecloses. Delete cache, app forecloses. Delete data, app forecloses. Delete app and reinstall, app forecloses. Tried to switch to Beta...app forecloses. I feel scammed!!!

Awful experience. Had to restart the app several times. It took a total of 40 minutes to lock a bike, and then we were charged. 10/10 do not recommend

The app never works. I'll rent the bike and that part always works but when it comes time to end the rental the app either stops loading, the locks don't work or the scanner just will not scan the QR code. Every time I've used these bikes a new issue starts without a clear resolution nearly costing me extra money. Alongside the fact there's no customer support number to call and only an automated AI chatbot.

App used to be fine, now it is virtually unusable. It takes forever to figure out if there are available bike rental spaces, but at least once that happens I can rent a space. However, to end the bike rental it tells me to replace my "kayak equipment" (I rented a bike space!?!) and doesn't have an option to unlock the door! I had to create a new rental to get into the locked bike locker space to retrieve my bike - just ridiculous.
