First time I rode the bikes was awful. My bike was so hard to ride and uncomfortable. The second time I made sure to look the bikes over before I made my pick and my experience turned out much better. Had a great time.

Recent update completely broke this app. Constant "invalid token" toasts, can't open a locker from the app, requires credit card for a free locker included in my membership, doesn't actually unlock the locker! Total disaster.

Horrible App Got charged 38 dollars because the app didn't end my rental even though I pressed end on the app and saw the confirmation screen.

Awful experience. Had to restart the app several times. It took a total of 40 minutes to lock a bike, and then we were charged. 10/10 do not recommend

App update is completely unusable, a definite step in the wrong direction! Previous app had its issues (showing e-bikes as "Available" for rent when battery was too low, or maint req when trying to rent it), but at least it was functional. Now, it doesn't show any e-bikes at any location (only pedal bikes). No Help Menu, no info on Memberships, or Rental Agreements. Very bare bones, not very intuitive or inviting. A stripped down, pre-production ver of previous app, and no option to revert back!
