I'm 63 yrs old and just taught myself to ride a bike. I fell twice but no hips were broken, so I'm happy as a clam! Bike and station were bothe nice, clean and in good condition. I did have to have help to unlock the bike.

The app never works. I'll rent the bike and that part always works but when it comes time to end the rental the app either stops loading, the locks don't work or the scanner just will not scan the QR code. Every time I've used these bikes a new issue starts without a clear resolution nearly costing me extra money. Alongside the fact there's no customer support number to call and only an automated AI chatbot.

They stole $25 and will not allow me to remove my payment method. The app malfunctioned, so I was unable to open the kayak locker, and I was charged for using equipment I was unable to take out of the locker. The app crashes every time I attempt to remove my payment method. Never again, do not use this company.
