Easy to rent a bike, and the rates were good. My only complaint is that one of the bike drop-off locations did not appear to be a valid one. At least, it wasn't like the hubs I've seen. It was just a metal bike rack suitable for one or 2 bikes

First time I rode the bikes was awful. My bike was so hard to ride and uncomfortable. The second time I made sure to look the bikes over before I made my pick and my experience turned out much better. Had a great time.

Awful experience. Had to restart the app several times. It took a total of 40 minutes to lock a bike, and then we were charged. 10/10 do not recommend

App used to be fine, now it is virtually unusable. It takes forever to figure out if there are available bike rental spaces, but at least once that happens I can rent a space. However, to end the bike rental it tells me to replace my "kayak equipment" (I rented a bike space!?!) and doesn't have an option to unlock the door! I had to create a new rental to get into the locked bike locker space to retrieve my bike - just ridiculous.

Nice concept but confusing at times. We completed the rental and locked our bikes up as expected. But then 3 hours later got notification that the rental had not yet been completed, so we had to drive back over to that spot to formally end the rental. Not sure what happened, but it sure is a hassle. Even after returning it took over 20 minutes for the app and the hardware to work. This is the first and last time that I'll use this service.
