The movers' mover called me the day before and an hour before our schedule time slot letting me know they were running late ended up being 30 minutes late, they came with their own equipment, one was shouldered hardness that I have never seen until now, it was used on most of my furniture washer and dryer I was amazed on how easy they made it seemed, the experience showed. Finishing up with 30 minutes to spare they asked me if there was anything else they could do I told them no as I tipped them.

The app needs an update immediately. The support is almost impossible to reach at times. They do not handle situations fast enough to be charging 15 percent for advertising/support. U haul/Moving Help website has been the worst for the past year making it impossible for customers to book moves. I don't think they care too much about making things easier for providers and or customers. It would be nice to see a change in the app that actually makes things more user-friendly.

Known Login errors, waiting for fix or update, No customer service, only email support, system goes down frequently at Haul center making pickup and drop off extra wait times
