The app needs an update immediately. The support is almost impossible to reach at times. They do not handle situations fast enough to be charging 15 percent for advertising/support. U haul/Moving Help website has been the worst for the past year making it impossible for customers to book moves. I don't think they care too much about making things easier for providers and or customers. It would be nice to see a change in the app that actually makes things more user-friendly.

It won't let you sign up. Says "Failed to sign up provider: unable to communicate with server. Please try again." This needs to be fixed so new movers can join the platform.
