★★☆☆☆ En un tiempo estuvo funcionando bien. ase exactamente 15 dias hoy estamos 9/21/2019, puse una recarga a mi hija y desafortunadamente la recarga nunca se iso y MOVISTAR DE IGUAL ME ISO EL COBRO. Quise contactar servicio al cliente y no tienen ningun numero telefonico para que uno pueda contactarlos, por fin les mande un correo electronico (email) por ese medio me contestaron, sin ninguna respuesta. La person a que me escribio el email con una respuesta sin sentido se llama: Isaac. Sigo sin respues

★★☆☆☆ It will not allow me to re-carge a number from Guatemala because it says the number isn't a pre-paid account. But when i check the account it is actually in fact pre-paid. This app was honestly a waste of my time and I will not reccomend it to any other user. I wish I could give 0 stars if possible.

★★☆☆☆ The customer representative ask me about the pin number of the phone number in order to pay and this it was too much information only to pay.
