Terrible customer service. I booked a scheduled pickup at the airport two days before my arrival. When I asked if I can cancel and refund since I basically emailed right after booking. The next day they said i would not have a refund because it's less than 48 hours till pickup. Fine. I email back that I want to keep the ride. No response. I arrive & call the driver. He said my ride my canceled. Mozio didnt reply until DAYS later and after my complaint they never replied. Just call your own taxi

DO NOT RECCOMEND. The driver never showed up, the initial confirmation email said I would be sent the drivers contact information, but I never recieved it so I couldn't contact them and the customer support number did not work. Also way more expensuve then a taxi my mozio ride that I never recieved was $71 and the taxi I ended up catching was $30.
