I was having nothing but issues with this app where I could not redeem points successfully. However, recently I was able to successfully earn and redeem points. So it seems the last few updates have fixed things.

Extremely awesome place to go awesome food & drinks & awesome service. That's why the restaurant got 5 stars. But the Mr Mikes new app sucks big time I give them in stars 2 stars. That's how bad the app is.

This app sucks. I have to uninstall it and re-install it EVERY TIME I USE IT because otherwise it automatically goes to a "create an account" page that I can't get out of. Then today I tried to pay with points, and I added a tip in the app, and it wasn't itemized on my bill even though it was added to the amount. I went and checked with my server just to make sure she got the tip. She was confused by the whole thing as well. FIX THIS.

Disappeared birthday reward on the app. I contacted CS and was assured on the same day that the reward would apply even though it is not showing. Went to restaurant, provided phone number, etc... Not only birthday reward was not applied, normal points was also not awarded. Contacted CS again, it has been 9 days with my follow-up and still no reply at all. Buggy app, buggy reward system. On 11th day, CS replied and applied the points back.

It worked on my iPhone but not on thia phone I scan my receipt, but it does not add the points and says there's an error
