New review as of 6.27.23: Please fix the reorder feature. I'm tired of having to recustomize my orders every single time! Makes me want to go somewhere else. Also, I can't find where to change my payment preference. Very frustrating!!! There was an update recently, and I can't get into my account to view orders, change password, update payment card, etc. Sad, because I really love my local shop, but not being able to access my own account settings is weird.

The sandwich shop is the best! This app is worthless. It lets you make an order but when you go to pay, the "pay" button doesn't work! I've tried several times and always end up needing to call in. Please fix!!!

This app states you may redeem your points while in the shop or online. I tried to use my acquired points in shop & was told I can only use them ordering online. If this is indeed how you use your points, please change the app information.
