MS eXpenses

App developed by Management Solutions for the certified digitization of expense receipts and invoices, integrating character recognition technology (OCR) with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to facilitate expense allocation and tracking.

With the help of a mobile device and in three simple steps (photo capture of receipt, inclusion of additional data, and import and submission from the ER software), the app makes it possible to attach receipts and invoices to our corporate expense reporting and monitoring system, avoiding the need for their physical management, minimizing operational errors and making the allocation of expenses a much more agile and secure process from the point of view of both the user and the administration department.

The app has a historical data repository allowing users to view both the receipts already sent to the system and those pending submission, and includes features such as: editing, correcting and expanding the information captured by the camera, specifying the expense type, analytical categorizing, and adjusting and modifying the amounts.

MS eTickets is accredited by the Spanish Tax Administration Agency (AEAT), and can be used in any country as its receipt digitization functionality can be adapted to any currency and tax system.
