Dire app, used twice on two MSC cruises, MSC Seaview and MSC Grandiosa, it's very hit and miss, could not book shows, kept turning 4G off, then on Grandiosa I tried to add funds to onboard spend account but took my money and didn't ever show on account, MSC not bothered and basically called me a liar!! Lucky I had cash to pay my bill, App is as bad as there website... but nice ships..
