Msosidrop - Merchant

Msosidrop OS is the business app for Tanzanian shops, restaurants, and food vendors that sell over WhatsApp.

Your customers already order by chatting with you on WhatsApp. Msosidrop OS turns that into a real business system — an AI assistant takes and confirms orders around the clock, and everything that happens next (payment, delivery, follow-up) runs from one app on your phone.

ORDERS, HANDLED FOR YOU
An AI ordering assistant chats with your customers on WhatsApp, reads your menu, and places orders correctly — even when you're busy or asleep. Every order lands in your app instantly: accept it, start preparing, mark it ready, and track it through to delivery.

DELIVERY, YOUR WAY
Assign your own rider, or request a Bolt courier straight from the order — whichever fits that delivery. Track live status, reassign if something changes, and keep your customer updated automatically.

GET PAID, KNOW WHERE YOU STAND
Accept mobile money and bank payments through Selcom, confirm cash orders, and send a proper receipt when a customer needs one. Your revenue dashboard shows what's coming in, order by order, so you're never guessing.

YOUR MENU, YOUR CUSTOMERS
Keep your menu up to date — prices, availability, categories — so the AI assistant is always quoting the right thing. Every customer who's ordered from you is saved with their order history, so repeat customers are easy to recognize and serve.

BUILT FOR HOW YOU ACTUALLY WORK
Live notifications the moment an order comes in. A dashboard that shows today's orders and revenue at a glance. Business settings — hours, delivery zones, payout details — that you control.

Msosidrop OS is built for Tanzania: TZS pricing, M-Pesa and Lipa Namba payments, and WhatsApp as the front door your customers already use.

Sign in with your business account or Google, and start taking orders the same day.
