Wait rose is by far the best supermarket for choice and dare I say value. Delivery service excellent. Substitution policy is great.

So easy to book a convenient slot and have great quality food delivered to the door. Frozen food stays frozen - it doesn't depend on me remembering to take the cool box! I generally book a cheaper 4-hour slot, but they text me on the day with a 1-hour window, so I'm not tied up for a whole morning. Drivers are considerate and will lift heavy items onto the counter if I need that.

Generally great app, allowing you to place home delivery orders quickly and manage your weekly vouchers. I would like to see in the future history not only of my online orders but also if my in-store shopping with the possibility to get a digital receipt, as well. It would be nice to have more filter options as on the website when browsing e.g. wines (country origin, fine wine selection etc.).

As a whole this app is OK. But, I shop here every week and for the last 4 weeks I have only had 2 complimentary vouchers each week. The scan and shop from the app causes problems at the till and won't always scan and the app doesn't have digital recipes which would be handy.

The search function is shockingly bad. I searched for "Carburetors" - it gave 327 results - only FOUR Carburetors products - the remainder were wildly inaccurate, most not even bakery. Delivery service is fantastic - but this app is dire!

No personalized vouchers again. Last time this happened reinstalling the app resolved the problem, but this time nothing I do resolves the problem and the personalized vouchers have been missing for a few months even though I get a notification tell me they're there!

Unable to access national network whilst in wait rose shop and I do not want to access an open Wi-Fi. Even if I have access to my own Wi-Fi, The app is often prone to not work. M&S App is much better!

Shop at Marks and Spencer. Wait rose send me stupid offers that I never ever use. It actually angers me how bad their offers are.
