Great range of produce and products. Deliveries are a huge help. Still not happy West Ealing has no café! Staff usually helpful ...one or two exceptions.

Now you can take a scanner and scan items on-the-go easily, so when you come to the till all your food has been scanned already and now all you need to do is wait until somebody of Wait rose employees comes and res cans (and touches) all your food. Very convenient. Now you can spend a little extra time in the store, and get that exciting feeling of being searched, and feel that extra trust from Wait rose. This app is so amazing it shoud deserve five stars, so sad it doesn't.

ScanPayGo app showed £67. Brighton staff claimed £98. 15-year customer. "Mabel" said we missed £32.85. Full res can proved £67 correct. Nick the manager stepped in. 30 mins wasted, nearly missed our 9:30pm gathering, parking almost expired. No apology, no compensation. App scans fine but the flagging system falsely accuses loyal customers. Made us feel like thieves. Not good enough for a "premium" brand. Something very wrong with ScanPayGo verification which creates false missed scans! Hurtful!

Pathetic app. Logs me out when trying to check out in store. Plus why do they feel the need to push a political flag to my phone. Corporate virtue signalling.
