I placed an order for four long sleeve t-shirts. Once they arrived, three were fine - comfortable, nice fit, washed/dried well. The fourth, a dark maroon, fit well but the color ran in the wash. Tailor customer service handled it very well. They gave me the option of getting money back or picking out a different color shirt. I chose the latter, which arrived in a relatively quick time and, again, it looks, fits, and feels great. But this time, it also washed just fine.

Tailor - imagine your whole life never being able to purchase any kind of clothes off the rack that fit. My wife would hem my pants, shorten my sleves than later on I would pay for tailoring to have clothes that fit. Then I saw the ad for Taylor's app and how easy and fast it was to get perfect measurements. I ordered a suit, three dress shirts, jeans (twice). Every time I received the order, a perfect fit. I started getting compliments on how good I looked. I will always recommend them!

I'm 6'4" and normally 48-50L in suits off the rack, so I was excited to see tailor-made clothes that are reasonably priced. I did the measurements, which were simple enough, and they measured me to be a 68L the first time around. The second time around, they measured me to be a 71L. I even had my wife double-check with a physical tape measure, and I was 50in on my chest. I'm really disappointed because it's difficult to find clothes that fit me.

The a.i measurements are way off. I fit in a 29-30 waist jeans and is sizing me for 34. that's insane, why would I bother buying something big... You're a.I needs updating
