Always more personal information needed. Now some malls require to register to the app to redeem free parking and to give your name, phone number, your email, you date of birth. What is MTR corporation doing with all those data? Are they safe ? Pretty sure there will be some personal info leak one of these days. Terrible direction to collect so many personal info for a ... public transport company

Jan 2026. After latest updates, this app still close to useless. Too heavily geared to retail promotion as opposed to user/customer service. Remains 1 star because 0 improvements for the already barely functional user side. Also, next train estimates are NOT accurate. MTR should farm out app development to one of the bus companies - NW or KMB - both of whom know what these apps are supposed to facilitate. The app, or the MTR corp lies about train delay conditions too.

In "Where to?", when I select a station, the flashing ball now becomes a big flashing box blocking the names of some other stations. I saw online that it nay be related to the latest update of Android System Web view. Please fix this ASAP.
