Inaccurate estimated travelling time with more than 10 minutes of difference. The trip planner is not user-friendly that I cannot check the estimated time during non-operation hour. The game level in the game arcade is insanely hard even when it's only stated as normal. I don't think such difficulty is needed when this is just a mobile app for earning MTR points and rewards.

Do better. You make so much money and yet you cant deliver a student octopus quickly? And 12+ are adults? If by octopus and mtr's logic 12-year-olds are smoke right? Sinec they're "adults" and plus when a student octopus is pending the child octopus should be usable since it is pending and it's your fault for jot delivering it quickly noob
