I was saving my rewards points I had saved a little over 22,500 I went to Mugg and Bops to get gas for our SUV gas was $1.89 a gallon I used my points.50 Cent's off a gallon 3 times I got 12 gallons of Gas that day for .39 Cents a gallon that was the best thing that ever happened during the WHOLE COVID-19 PANDEMIC THANKS MUGG AND BOPPS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!

Munich store has really mean and Impolite workers (not the boys) but the girls there are brash and rude to the customers they have little respect and are sarcastically talking about the people around town I'm not impressed with their attitude

Setting up the app with an already established account isn't clear, so you end up creating a new account loosing any points or rewards you've earned. The app also makes paying at the pump ineligible for earning points since the pump asks for an ID # and the only number the app gives is invalid and if it is located on the app somewhere there's no indication of where or what # they expect you to type into the pump. They basically took away convenience to force an app that barely works.

Visited Hartland Mugg & Bops store today, clerk was very rude and of no help on how to redeem my free bag of ice & a 20oz Pepsi. She said, I've only been here a short while (a lie, she waited on me over 3 months ago) and said she had not been trained on the app, and it's not her problem. She briskly pushed my things aside and said in a very rude tone, "let me know when you've got it figured out, I have other customers."

The mobile app doesn't help much when you try to use up rewards points when paying sometimes it doesn't accept it, and you end up paying for the items you should have gotten free.

The latest update made the app unusable and had to delete. Apparently this is an issue for others. I attempted to do the suggested delete of app store cache and update delete, but this didn't resolve the issue.
