This "Rewards" program does not work. Using your ALT ID, it goes through for Kickback points, NOT Rocket Rewards. The pumps are only Designed for KickBack points, Not set up for Rocket Rewards. I have repeatedly contacted Rocket Rewards about this and when they have responded, it was to tell me to "Either scan the app or input ALT ID". Hello... Is anybody Listening at Rocket? Inputting the ALT ID goes through for KickBack Points, a DIFFERENT program. It does NOT go through for Rocket Rewards.

Unable to make a purchase with my reward points, the cashier is saying the card is discounts at point of purchase only. I have used the rewards as cash to make purchases and until now I have been very happy with the service. Please contact to help me rectify this problem.
