Great Content, Terrible Download Functionality As a premium subscriber, I had high hopes for this app, especially given the magnificent content it offers. However, the download functionality is severely lacking and has been a major disappointment. F the download option often doesn't work at all. Attempting to download content frequently results in errors or incomplete downloads. Even when content does manage to download, the app fails to recognize it once you turn off mobile data.

I was so excited to learn of this app with Dr. Monroe's teachings. However, I can't get past the login screen. No matter what I enter I just get an error message. I've never been able to create an account or login. Sadly disappointed. 😞 I'm only writing this because I'm hoping someone will reach out to fix the problem. I really want the app 🤷🏻♀️

The subscription is not working, unable to watch or listen to any categories. My subscription keeps going back to free so when I push the amount to subscribe $9.99, a message appears saying (error you are already subscribed) please help thanks
