Notification to open the lock screen has been failing to consistently trigger for months now effectively making it impossible to earn daily points. EDIT: Force stopping the app and opening it again triggers the "Full Screen Alert" notification. Perhaps this info will help devs fix the bug. 5.30 EDIT: Alto charging screen update is annoying points are again consistently rewarded, thanks.

I've used this app for years. You get points for ads on your lock screen. Recently every time they change something it messes up, this time I've had no lock screen for the app in a week. Dealing with support is pointless. They tell you to do what you say you've done: clear data, restart phone, reinstall app, etc. Next they ask for video of the issue, their reply is to try clearing data, restart, reinstall. Have a problem? Pray it magically gets fixed or uninstall the app and save your sanity.

App is broken can't verify phone number at all even though valid us number and when you click contact support in app it errors with bad coding this app is broken don't use not worth the time uninstalling
