Not at all a good experience. I downloaded the app today on 19 Apr but my points were not added. At the billing counter terminal upon scanning membership ID gave error "invalid member". Question to developers why do you launch when UAT not properly done, customer service counter not briefed how to address primary level query & resolev, why no log book maintained to capture & address the gaps, ....highly disappointing as this is a poor reflection new launched app. Raised the feedback on the website.

Very poor, always fails with network error even though we have full signal, or on wifi7 full signal, still reports network error.
