I just got the monthly membership and started the first day of body and burn, and it was great! However, in the description the number of sets is sometimes inaccurate and so is rest time (different from what michael says in the video). In addition, the volume is not very loud on speakerphone. It also will not load the nutrition PDF and the 7th day of the program. I am also wondering if you can specify if I am doing this everyday for a month or if there are any rest days, etc.

Great workouts, the only issues for are, sometimes what is written as the warm-up or workout does not match the instructional video also that you can rotate your phone when watching the video and finally the no music. Its PED things other than that the app is great.

***Michael Vasquez came out on his IG and said he only promotes his content on IG, FB and YouTube. If you're paying for this sub it's a fake, that's why the sets/reps and videos sometimes don't match.***

Not follow along videos! Cut off warm-ups and post workouts. Plus auper fast beginner follow alongs and cut breaks. And sound volume jumping from quiet voice to lound banging music, super annoying. A fan of MV himself, but videos need rework

I can't play any ot the video in the app, even the download features can't be used. there's always playback failed.
