Unable to use. Struggling to register my ID card with low contrast error. Is there any other way to register?

Tried to register more than 10 times always saying low contrast or blur image even though the image is clear and visible it it happens to take the photo of front and rear ID, it will say problem with image capture Need a serious improvement

Ive downloaded mokloud, maupass, all is good, except mwa app does not load my id card, why.

Unable to proceed with registration. 2FA is inactive on maupass account, and we should go to the post office to activate same with our NIC.
