Easy to use app, get information before every step. Works fantastic without any problems. A big advantage of this app is that I don't have to travel to the Embassy or an SSO office. I uninstalled the app from last year and downloaded the latest version. After confirmation from the SVB, I will uninstall the app. I only use it for the SVB once a year.

What's missing is information that tells the user that the app will handle all scanning, that no pictures need to be taken beforehand. On the whole, it works in a pretty streamlined fashion.

Instructions are very restricted. Scanning the QR on post gave me another qr to scan (as is on phone, need screenshot and scan app on pc). Only to get the same qr again with text to get passport scanned. Very unclear you have to download the dig identity first before things happen.

Trying to log in when I have forgotten password is a nightmare. 7 times I have had to have code sent to me, and I still can't get in!!!!

Ok until the certificate ran out. I got a message to say the certificate was about to expire and asking me to verify. I opened the app but couldn't remember my password. I followed the instructions to change my password through the web portal, and it sent a pin which I entered. It the scent me back to the app and asked for my password!

I couldn't get access with my pin code. And when I search for an update, there was nothing. So the Dig identity is worthless and to no avail.
