Horrible at verification of identity documents and limited options available, unable to use digital driver's license or expired passport meaning I needed to pay for a replacement physical license as my old license was too worn for it to be happy with. Then after trying my brand-new license it still fails and locks out that option meaning I cant use it to verify my identity for the software I need to use for work. Completly useless software. I'd advise any company considering using this to not.

Extremely frustrated I require this ap to continue my automata subscription. Multiple broken links attempting to get here and now extreme frustration waiting for their identity process to complete. Has been 2hrs thus far.
