This app sucks. I wish companies would not use this app to verify identity. It doesn't work at all. I am so frustrated with this app. I can not finish my order because of this mess. This app is wasting my valuable time.

It does not recognize my Italian residence permit, the only format it admits is the size of a credit card, but there are other formats. In my case it is a sheet, half sheet A4 size. At the time of writing this comment I have tried 6 times to authenticate myself in Revolut without success.
