I'm impressed with this technology, it makes it easy and comfortable for passport renewal

★★★★★ Rabome M. Oghaghare · Sep 11, 2026

I just concluded my Contactless Biometric Enrollment. The app was easy to navigate as the instructions were direct making for an amazing user experience. Kudos to NIS for the progressive innovation.

★★★★★ Ogundare Bright · Oct 6, 2026

The new update tells you which finger is of low quality and allows you to redo instead of doing the whole fingers all over again. Seamless process. Kudos to Nigerian immigration service

★☆☆☆☆ Peace Emeshiobi · Oct 9, 2026

This app is very horrible and frustrating. It took me 48 hours to do my biometric verification. It keeps rejecting my fingerprint and face

★☆☆☆☆ Mahakaleshwar · Oct 8, 2026

At Nigeria embassy In Delhi (India), taking bribes ₹5000 to ₹10000 inr without any receipt for biometric of immigration. But india govt and Nigeria govt no response. Harassment to all public who are going to Nigeria for any reason. Specialy going to job.

★★☆☆☆ Ladies With Stories - LAWS · Aug 13, 2026

The fingerprint capturing was crazy for the left hand....
