In June the subscription will expire. How can I pay for a new year, since is not working anymore? (Octavia 3 facelift 2017) It shows the same status since 9 days ago. Skoda's support said to take it to service. Service ask €60 for infotainment update. I was working fine. Since one month ago it stopped working right. I will not pay for the update. I will just quit the Škoda online services.

The app is absolutely useless at providing charging stops. The app shows chargers as 300KW, but they are in fact 50KW. Not up to date. Unreliable at best. I did not have these issues with Tesla.

Doesn't work, car keeps getting deleted from garage. Won't connect most of the time. Gimmick from Škoda. £35000.00 worth of car and they can't get an app to work.

App not working properly the last few days, so I uninstall and reinstalled but still rubbish. No information on battery charging tells me it's open and unlocked even though it is not. Total rubbish at the moment. What have you done? Please fix it.
