Skoda Plus App crashes every time when we click on Service Appointment menu. A reputed brand like Škoda should improve the app accordingly. An option to view service history of our vehicle is very useful and should be included

I am updating the review today as it is now showing accurate information. However, there is one more issue — even after updating the vehicle registration number, the app asks for it again whenever I open the app fresh. This needs to be fixed.

Seems the app is developed by Noobs. 1. App crashes too much. 2. Too slow to open. 3. Doesn't refresh the car location for days, nor does fuel or other data. 4. Too little content to display in the app. Standard of Škoda is iller than Martí.

The app is clean and easy to use, but it is not very useful in terms of functionality. It mainly shows basic information such as service reminders, insurance alerts, and vehicle tracking. Another very basic requirement is the ability to connect and manage the dongle. There is no feature to view the dongle’s expiry details or recharge/renew it. Once the dongle expires, users should ideally have an option to renew or recharge it instead of having to replace it with a new dongle.
