Agl me insan ki jaan se Jada jaruri complaint number hai mai ek issue face kar rahi hu mere connection pipe me thread ke pass se pipe detached ho gaya hai Jesse kabhi bhi bada hadst hoga iske liye emergency no pe contact kiya to mujhe kaha gaya pale customer care pe complaint register karana hoga maine customer care pe call kiya to koi response nahi mila kyuki inke local office me holiday hai to maine again emergency number pe call kiya to person ne kaha ki bina complaint no ke wo nahi Cayuga

Very pathetic service, in case of emergency also no one answers the Call. Even the Customer Care Service is not able to reach to them. On talking to manager, he said that we can quit the service on being questioned about the efficiency of the department.

Every time I try to take the reading it shows meter reading cycle is not open. Now They will give 3 months of bill to me again without taking any reading
