AHC is easy to use, and the onboarding process is straightforward. The treatment plan is clearly explained, and the roadmap makes it easy to understand what to expect over time. Packaging and instructions are professional, and support has been responsive when needed. The app feels structured and medically focused rather than generic. Progress takes consistency, but the expectations are realistic and clearly communicated. Overall, a reliable telehealth platform.

Can only track weight and shots. Lots of pages for what they have for sale. Was hoping for tracking of measurements, water, excessive, and protein. Will not be keeping this.
