Buying talk time, purchasing data bundles, and paying bills is so much faster on the My Airtel app compared to the old USSD codes! Transactions go through in seconds without any delay. Adding biometric login, dark mode, downloadable PDF receipts, and shortcuts for favorite contacts in future updates would make it 10/10!

2 out of 5 stars. I don't understand Airtel these days. Used to get an SMS on my airtel MiFi that there are Special Data plans, which I could not find anymore. These plans were available over a month ago, now I can't find them. Yet I still get SMS notifications to dial *939# to purchase such special data plans or purchase via the app as of 3:15 pm yesterday. If you no longer offer the said plans please say so.

You people are thieves, got a 2day data plan but couldn't use at all because if your network issues, and you took it. I paid for a service but didn't use the service because of your network issues, and I was still charged for it. I am never going to use your services again.
