These apps did not have any function to give feed back about Technical issues, it will direct link you to online Web page, you have to fill up ic number and need to take picture on the issue. For this family is elderly they don't know how to capture photo on the problem by phone. So they forever can't make the complaint to astro about technical issue. Very disappointed the apps just to promote new product nerver improve on customer services

Customer service personal reluctant to introduce by own name just blindly says astro agent?what type of attitudes lol? Always received phantom call claims from astro agent, asking me to disconnect existing astro package and replace by lower astro bill for additional package programs! If this is true should be given preferences to existing astro customer not otherwise lol. Yr customer service via call center purely useless 😑 AI responding why no human workings on customer service center???
