I love the game, BUT, goes to an ad I sit and wait then goes blank I wish you fix it please

Paid $10 to remove adds then when I want to watch and add it doesn't give me rewards after I watch. Plus then it restarts whple game and takes away my work making me start again. Then im stuck at lvl 7 with nothing to upgrade and the next level won't unlock. And my helpers get stuck and not doing their jobs.

The game itself isn't bad. However, it's unplayable. Ads are about every 15 seconds, and they just pop up and force you to watch.

Here's something you need to ask yourself. Do you want your players to play the game? Or do you want your players to watch ads?? Because I guarantee you. I just downloaded this game, and I've been playing less than 10 minutes, and I've watched about 8 ads. So I would rather play the game than watch ads. I cannot afford to have the no ads' thing. So, back it off on the ads fix it. Because I guarantee you, you're going to lose all your players, DO BETTER !!!
