There were problems with registration at the beginning and there still is but the customer care service were very efficient they contacted me within less than an hour the 1st time I made a claim, and early next morning (I made the claim late evening) next time, and they explained the problem in both times, and they stayed online with me the 2nd time until they made sure that I was able to register & connect & access my account. The services offered are very useful & I am still exploring them

There is a bug in your most updated version. Every OTP you're sending me is not being accepted by the app, and it's stating that the OTP code is invalid. Please can you fix this issue soon for us to be able to access the app?

The application is unreliable, poorly managed, and far below the standard expected from a modern bank. I would not recommend it to anyone. My access to the mobile banking app was blocked without explanation. After contacting the call center, I was promised that the branch would get back to me. More than a week later, I am still waiting for a call. No follow up, no communication, and no accountability. They changed the OTP authentication process without adequately notifying customers.

Switching to biometric data for logging in could indeed enhance both security and user convenience for BLF. Many international banks have adopted this approach because it reduces the dependency on potentially unreliable SMS systems and provides a more seamless experience. Implementing biometrics, such as fingerprint or facial recognition, would also align with modern security standards and could help in reducing login issues. It's worth evaluating this option to improve our service and customer
