My Carpathian is a great app. It would be nice if we could choose to pay more than one bill at a time within the app. It would also be nice if I could specify which account shows on my banner when I am signed out. Every time I pick my chequing account, it defaults to the chequing account I have signing authority on under a different member number.

This app made me change my password and I forgot so i 2as using my old password, so now I'm locked out of online banking and have to go into the bank to re-activate it again such a waste of time to do that and there email don't work on this app either

I usually have to log in twice before I'm able to see my balances and the "Quick View" feature doesn't work. I have to log in every time I want to check my balances, which is very annoying considering logging in doesn't work half the time.

When I pay my bill, the app displays less money than I have at the main menu. Simply put, I don't have access to my own money to pay my bills with. Also, the app never displays my balance before singing in even though I've enabled that feature in settings.
