Have been trying to reset password for a few days now, it's not working even if you receive a temporary password that doesn't even work

The App has many problems. Or at least the back-end servers. We are always getting errors when trying to submit complaints. "Address not found", "error submitting complaint. Server error 500"... Especially with the new Update V3.5.5P, it's even worse!
