I stay at Birch Aces Erf number 2490 there is an odor emanating from neighbor at I am lodging a complaint about an or dour from 61 Transduce Birch Acres.\Tried talking to him for sometime about it and had no joy. My erf number is 2490

App does not work!! It will not select an address, thus you cannot log a complaint

It's definitely a COE product. "Please wait" is their Moto. Rubbish service. Rubbish app. Update: nothing has changed. App allows. A complaint called "Cash" but unable to report a pothole. The app is rubbish like their service delivery.

The App has many problems. Or at least the back-end servers. We are always getting errors when trying to submit complaints. "Address not found", "error submitting complaint. Server error 500"... Especially with the new Update V3.5.5P, it's even worse!
