I've used many pharmacy apps, which self-populate all information once your account is connected to you. NOT with this app. After creating an account, you need a ZIP code to access your pharmacy. Then you have to provide each RX # & name each medication. To create a refill reminder it requires you to enter dosage, days used, a start & end date, a medication name, and date of the reminder. The app requires a lot of info from the user that other apps just provide. Easier call or use website.😭

Entries of prescriptions and refills fail half the time. Not intuitive at all. Many times the requests don't even go through. Almost pointless.
