When it works well, it's great. Tends to be a bit buggy though and that's frustrating when you go pick up a refill you submitted and there's no record of it at the pharmacy. Or a prescription you have on file just disappears, when you know there are refills available.

I met the male Pharmacist the other day he was very pleasant and ask me if I want to have seated in the office to discuss my meds since he notices I was disabled an new patient that kind of customer service go along way with me hands down thanks for your superb customer service sir

Is there a place to add your email to Pocket RX? It says they will notify when scripts are filled, but I don't see a place for emails to be documented.

No way to contact the pharmacy through messaging. All medication is not listed, seemingly only those eligible for refill, so you can't request they contact the doctor for a new Rx like, say, a CVS is able to. Leaves much to be desired, could be a robust application.

It gets hung up on prescriptions and then will not place the order.

Can't get in here sometimes. App says wrong password, so I try to change. App won't let me. So I try to request refills as guest. Unable to submit. Frustrating af!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡
