When it works well, it's great. Tends to be a bit buggy though and that's frustrating when you go pick up a refill you submitted and there's no record of it at the pharmacy. Or a prescription you have on file just disappears, when you know there are refills available.

I met the male Pharmacist the other day he was very pleasant and ask me if I want to have seated in the office to discuss my meds since he notices I was disabled an new patient that kind of customer service go along way with me hands down thanks for your superb customer service sir

Make sure you find the correct pharmacy! I searched for my pharmacy, and it came up, too bad it was the same name but not MY PHARMACY. I went ahead and entered every Rx for myself and my husband, refilled needed meds, only to find out days later from my actual pharmacy that they have received my requests. I never received a call from the other pharmacy that we're not even customers of theirs! No way to delete your info on the App. I guess once it's in there, it's there forever.

Doesn't work. Refills are greeted by error messages stating that refills cannot be submitted. Resubmitting a refill request to try and get around the error results in a duplicate refill request error. Replies from the pharmacy to messages sent from one profile are received under a different profile, so my family member was getting replies from messages I sent. Not a great app and I cannot recommend using it especially considering the privacy issues involved with message replies.

Push notifications don't work. Also unable to reply to messages received. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still does not work. SUPER FRUSTRATING
