Is there a place to add your email to Pocket RX? It says they will notify when scripts are filled, but I don't see a place for emails to be documented.

When it works well, it's great. Tends to be a bit buggy though and that's frustrating when you go pick up a refill you submitted and there's no record of it at the pharmacy. Or a prescription you have on file just disappears, when you know there are refills available.

Doesn't work. Refills are greeted by error messages stating that refills cannot be submitted. Resubmitting a refill request to try and get around the error results in a duplicate refill request error. Replies from the pharmacy to messages sent from one profile are received under a different profile, so my family member was getting replies from messages I sent. Not a great app and I cannot recommend using it especially considering the privacy issues involved with message replies.

Can't get in here sometimes. App says wrong password, so I try to change. App won't let me. So I try to request refills as guest. Unable to submit. Frustrating af!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡
