It's no Tesla app. Coming from a tesla, this app is a decade behind, for example features are very basic it doesn't really offer features for multiple users. It getting better, but still a long way to go... update added an extra star as the app now has the option to invite a second user, so they control the car as well. We'll do ...

A lot of functions that make the app useful. Most important the charging state of the battery, the only problem I experienced is that always on charging it gives me a notification of a charging error, even when nothing is wrong

It may be me not doing something, but the car thinks I'm the primary owner, the app doesn't although when I click become primary owner, then link vehicle then continue I just end up in a loop, what is the solution please, I've already done all the steps in the car with both keys, so it seems there's something that the car and the app are not syncing? Very frustrating that there are no clear instructions or troubleshooting advice.

Smart looking but poor quality. App is extremely slow to load very often. Latest update (Version date 20251209) has killed the entire app. Trying to log in its deleted my vehicle and won't accept the VIN.... For such a brilliant car the Application is woefully letting it down. Cupra Connect is definitely the weak link in their stable. If these issues continue I will be going to another manufacturer when this lease ends.
