It's no Tesla app. Coming from a tesla, this app is a decade behind, for example features are very basic it doesn't really offer features for multiple users. It getting better, but still a long way to go... update added an extra star as the app now has the option to invite a second user, so they control the car as well. We'll do ...

Overall experience is good. Very handy features on the app. Since the last update, trying to select which vehicle you want to use crashes the app. As soon as you click on the icon it closes the app. I would give it 5 stars if the app were more stable and a bit faster to communicate with the vehicle.

A lot of functions that make the app useful. Most important the charging state of the battery, the only problem I experienced is that always on charging it gives me a notification of a charging error, even when nothing is wrong

Having originally commented that the app only works 10% of the time, I have now had to edit my review to now say that it doesn't work at all. It never connects to my vehicle and after countless resets and reboots it still will not connect. Absolute waste of time being unable to check and amend charging schedules. This has put off ever buying a Cupra again.

A total disaster. After the latest update in the car (8.4.26) I am locked out of the primary user account, and it refuses to recognize my s-pin. All I want is a driveable car, not a badly designed computer. Why can't carmakers stick to designing cars and resist the urge to fill them with half-baked software?
