★★★★★ Great service, easy to use. Efficient & quick. There were no Doctor's Surgery open on the weekend, so I would have had to drive 34km to a hospital. With the app I was able to have a consult with a Doctor & my script was waiting for me at the pharmacy by the time I returned.

★★★★★ Its fast, convenient and the best thing is you can call anytime, anywhere & you are getting the highest quality emergency specialist doctor. As a mum with 3 small Cohen I would gladly pay for this level of service even above what the charge is! I have used this several times now for my children when they have had symptoms that have concerned me and have not been able to get them into a local GP. The doctors have all been very helpful and have even educated me on what symptoms to be on the lookout for in the future. It has saved us so many times from sitting for hours in Emergency, kids have been accurately diagnosed over the phone and Ice been able to walk straight into my local hospital as the triage has been taken care of by the doctor contacting the hospital for me. I highly recommend this app!

★★☆☆☆ Phone keeps falling a sleep when in video call. Please fix this.

★★☆☆☆ Tried using recently. App said we were 90 in queue and never progressed. We called the phone number instead and the operator said they have discontinued using the app and they only use phone or a link from their website. If the app development team reads these please push an update to say this app is discontinued.
