- User PIN for convenience of logging in.
- Increase security with One Time Password (OTP) in balance transfer and change package.

Including the new menu as follows:
- eBill -> Apply for billing statement by email.
- Notifications -> Information notification so that the user is always updated.
- Invoice -> A copy of invoice and a copy of receipt.
- NT Shop -> Customer service center near / desired.

It's the worst designed app ever . This should not even be published. How can you not see this? The layout is totally wrong. Half of the text is not readable. Etc.

Damn bad, low standard application. The application itself is not allowing to create a new account with new Sim card. Password issue. Password should not be more than 8 characters. And when somehow the password accepted then the verification email doesn't work at all to confirm and register on the application. How can any user check the available data or remaining data or balance or anything if the application is not working properly? Shut this application down forever.
